Human chain in Brussels made up of 4.000 people between the old Stock Market and the Courthouse, organized to call attention to urgent matters that need to be discussed during the COP21, the United Nations conference on climate change in Paris. The human chain was organized instead of a march due to terrorist prevention measures and to replace the march in Paris that was cancelled due to terrorist threat.
